If you check the box that says "Remember my login/password", it will remember who you are even after you quit and restart your browser. It saves the information in a cookie that lasts quite a while.

You should not check this box if you're viewing phlux.net from a shared computer, like one in a school computer lab or a an Internet cafe. Leaving it checked means the next user of that computer could view and change your phlux.net settings.
