Alright, alright. I must admit. I do like some Pink Floyd stuff. Wish You Were Here may be at the top of my list, but there are others... |

"The Wall" was one of the first albums I ever owned. I listened to it over and over again, and I loved it when I was a kid. These days the 70s pop psychology of it is a little annoying, but I still like the music.
I really like Roger Waters, so "The Final Cut" is a favorite Pink Floyd album of mine. It's an interesting reminder of how thoroughly nuclear paranoia was part of culture. "Two Suns in the Sunset", indeed. |

I haven't been exposed to much Floyd, but I really enjoyed Dark Side of the Moon when Josey made me listen to it over and over again. I also like Foo Fighters version of Have a Cigar, but thats probably just cuz Brian May kicks ass. |

The Foo Fighters Covered Have A Cigar my god the world has come to an end. I was raised on a steady musical diet of Frank Zappa And Pink Floyd |

Great gig in the Sky. Love that song. Echos and Shine on You Crazy Diamond rank right up there too.
Has anyone seen The Dark Side of the Rainbow synchronicity that happens when you synch up Dark Side of the Moon with the movie Wizard of Oz? It's pretty impressive in a cosmic sort of way. For a while they were showing it in movie theaters in Boston, it's that interesting.
Here's a link to how to do it if you want to try this at home. http://www.synchronicityarkive.com/dsotr.php |

Song: Any Colour You Like. Album: Animals, hands down. I guess it would be Us and Them/Any Colour You Like, as you cannot have one without the other...but Any Colour really takes me to another place when I hear it. |

My favorite song by Pink Floyd would have to be "Comfortably Numb" because it reminds me of someone in Clarksville and that I feel so comfortable around him.:) |
