Well, my sis and I managed to break the toggle switch on my new axe. Its ok though, cause its a .25 cent part. So I'll be replacing it later this week.

I ordered the replacement part at Buck's. It will be here in less than a week...

What an ordeal! The part came, it cost $8 bucks, by the way (a blatant ripoff), and it turned out to be the wrong piece cause it DIDN'T FIT!!! So I returned it and ended up getting a second part ordered which was the right shape and size. Thank goodness. I got it last night at 5pm on the day of our show at the Goldmine, so I had to do some quick and effective soldering ASAP. Fortunately, I got it to work and everything was rockin' and we had a great show. YAY!!!!

What happened?

Well, I talked to the music store guy and he said it wasn't all me. Like none of it was my fault.

I was playing at the Bangor Auditorium, so the band packed the gear on the bus and headed out. I was in a car however and left the night before. So I didn't get to be with my amp on the bus. Supposedly, the bus driver hit every bump harder than necessary and if you add the water from the snow of people's amp was thrown around a lot. So some things inside got messed with that way. Then me playing it loud didn't help it. I've got a cute little loaner amp for now though, which is neat. It's the same amp basically, 100watt Kustom, it's just shorter, which is cool.

Well, glad to hear that things are working out for you. What color is the amp? Is it solid state or tube? Does it have wheels? How much does it weigh? What are the controls on the face?
